Coconut Cake in Turbo Grill


Ingredients:

1/2 pound(250 g) coconut pulp,coarsely grated
3 cups milk
1 tbsp. spoon of starch and sugar
1/2 bag of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. of brandy
2 tbsp. tablespoons raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Coconut Cake in Turbo Grill

Combine together corn starch and 1/2 cup milk.

Bring the rest of the milk to a boil.

Add the dissolved starch and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil.

Combine together eggs and brandy in mixer.Mix until smooth.

In boiled milk mixture add egg mixture and remaining ingredients.

Arrange resulted mixture into the molds.

Amaretto Chocolate Cheesecake


Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 cup crushed coconut cookie bars
  • 1 cup crumbled macarons
  • 1/2 cup crumbled chocolate-chip cookies
  • 5 tablespoon butter
  • 1 ounce(180 g)unsweetened chocolate

Filling:

  •  6 ounces(180g) semisweet chocolate
  • 4 ounces(120g) almond paste
  • 1/2 cup amaretto cream liqueur
  • 1½ pounds(700g) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Amaretto Chocolate Cheesecake

Prepare crust for amaretto chocolate cheesecake:Combine cookie to make 2¼ cups.

Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan.

Mix with crumbs.

Spread and pat down crumb mixture in bottom and around sides of 9-inch springform pan.

Refrigerate until hard.

Prepare filling for amaretto chocolate cheesecake: Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).

Melt chocolate and cool slightly.

Cut almond paste into small pieces.

Place in mixer bowl.

Beat at low speed,gradually adding liqueur.

Beat until well blended.Set aside.

In large bowl,beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add sugar and blend well.

Add in eggs one at time and blend again.

Add almond paste mixture.

Add cooled chocolate and beat until well blended.

Oven Baked Garlic Toast


Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf of French or Italian bread;sliced on diagonal into 1-inch slices
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese,grated
  • 2 clove garlic,peeled and minced
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Method:

Gently mix butter,Parmesan cheese,garlic salt and pepper.

Spread mixture on one side of bread slices.

Arrange 4 or 5 bread slices on grilling rack of turbo oven.

Iced Amaretto Cafe


Ingredients:

  • 2 heaping teaspoons amaretto mocha instant coffee
  • 4 ounces(120 ml) hot water
  • ice cubes
  • 2 ounces(60ml) amaretto cream liqueur
  • whipped cream
  • slivered almonds

Instructions:

Dissolve amaretto mocha instant coffee in hot water.

Pour over ice cubes to cool.

Add liqueur.

Cafe Diable


Ingredients:

  • 4 cups hot strong coffee
  • 6 oz (180 ml) cognac
  • 1 0z(30 g) sugar
  • whole cloves
  • cinnamon sticks
  • grated orange and lemon rinds

How to Make Cafe Diable

Combine the sugar,rinds,and spices in a chafing dish.

Add all,except 1 tablespoon of cognac.

Ignite the remaining spoon of cognac and slowly enter it into sugar.

Allow to burn until the sugar has dissolved.

Pour in the coffee.

Oven Grilled Tuna


Ingredients:

  • 4 tuna steaks,6 ounces(170g each)

For Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 6 green onions,trimmed and thinly sliced,including green tops
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cooking Method:

For Marinade:Combine together soy sauce,lemon juice,green onion and oil in a shallow pan.

Add steaks and turn once to soak in marinade.

Cover and refrigerate for 3o minutes.oven grilled tuna steak

Arrange steaks and onions on high rack of turbo oven.

Grill for 25 minutes.

 

 

Oven Cooked Oatmeal Cookies


Ingredients:

1 cup oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour (try 1:2 butter and flour proportion for crunchy cookies)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 piece raw egg
1/4 teaspoon salt

Cooking procedure:

1. Mix flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt then mix well. Reserve.

2. Put the butter in the mixing bowl then cream having an electric mixer.

3. Progressively then add light brown sugar while beating. Continue beating prior to the texture becomes fluffy.

4. Add-inside the vanilla flavor then continue mixing for 2 to 3 minutes.

5. Put-inside the egg then beat in low-speed for the next minute.oven cooked oatmeal cookies

6. Progressively then add oats and mix until fully distributed.

7. Progressively then add dry component mixture (flour, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon) then mix again.

8. While using the turbo broiler, I set the timer to 6 minutes and bake at 300 levels Fahrenheit. In regards to what I collected, you cut cooking in 2 reducing the temperature in the turbo by about 50 levels Fahrenheit.

10. Place a parchment paper on top in the cookie sheet or baking tray. Scoop a couple of from the mixture and arrange on top in the parchment paper. Flatten this mixture with a thickness around 1/2 inch.  Or drop snacks 2″ apart around the well greased cookie sheet and bake until light brown.

11. Get rid of the snacks within the turbo and let awesome for just about any short while.

Chicken Cutlets


Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts,boneless,skinless
  • 1/2 pound(240g) white bread
  • 1 onion,peeled
  • 1/8 pound (70g) bacon
  • flour
  • 1 large egg
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil
  • milk

How to cook chicken cutlets:

Combine together chicken breasts,white bread(soaked in milk),onion and bacon in food processor or blender.

Blend until smooth.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Beat egg until skim.

Add beaten egg to mixture.chicken cutlets

Mix well.

Deep mixture in flour.

Preheat large nonstick  skillet.

Add vegetable oil and cook chicken cutlets until browned for 5-10 minutes.

Grilled Apricots with Whipping Cream


Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon ginger,crushed
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 8 apricots,pitted and halved
  • 1 tablespoon butter,cut into cubes
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder

Cooking Method:

Preheat charcoal or gas grill.

Put ginger in a strainer and,using a spoon squeeze the juice into a bowl.

Add whipping cream and white sugar.

Beat mixture well.Cover and refrigerate for a few hours.

Arrange apricots halves on a baking sheet,cut side up.grilled apricots recipe

Top with pieces of butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cardamom.

Bake until browned for 2-5 minutes.

Grilled Pork Chops


Ingredients for grilled pork chops:

  • 8 pork chops with the bone
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Method:

Sprinkle with black pepper pork chops.

Combine together flour,salt,Cayenne pepper,black pepper in small bowl.

Mix well.Deep in pork chops.Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil on medium-high heat in large nonstick skillet.

Add 1 tablespoon butter.grilled pork chops

Place meat in preheated skillet and cook 2-4 minutes on one side, turn over, and the same on the other side.

Serve grilled pork chops hot.
