Easy Caesar Salad with Shrimps
Cooking Easy Caesar salad with shrimp, another type of this popular salad..Seafood is very good for health.In particular ,they contain iodin and protein.Shrimp add to Caesar salad a unique taste, inherent only to seafood.
1. Lettuce-300 g
2. Garlic 2 cloves
3. Olive oil
4.White bread (cubed)
5.Cherry tomatoes-2-3 pieces
6.Shrimp (preferably fresh), for one serving -300-400 g
For Sauce- one egg, one teaspoon mustard,half fresh lemon, olive oil-100 ml.,balsamic vinegar,salt and pepper to taste.
First, we cook shrimp (put shrimp in boiling water).If you want ,you can add to the boiling water bay leaf.It gives to shrimp an additional flavor and unique aroma.Do not forget to salt the boiling water.The dish should be rubbed with a slice of garlic.Wash the lettuce well and wipe.
Put lettuce on a plate.Next, cook croutons- in olive oil for 1 hour, put crushed clove of garlic, then remove the garlic and fry in oil cubes of white bread – about 200 g.When croutons lightly browned- put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with a mixture of any Italian herbs and dries in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Cooled croutons spread on lettuce leaves.Put the shrimp, sprinkle with coarsely grated Parmesan cheese and pour dressing.
For dressing: fill egg with boiling water for exactly 1 minute, then divide it into a cup, add 1 teaspoon of mustard, a clove of garlic, juice of half a lemon, 100 ml of olive oil, a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, mix well and pour over salad . Add 2-3 tomatoes on top cherry, divided into 4 parts.
Easy Caesar Salad with Potato
The original Caesar salad with potatoes- another kind of this popular salad.
1. Potatoes (boiled, cubes) – 700-800 g
2.Salad lettuce-2 kg
3.Garlic croutons – 2 cups
4.Parmesan cheese (grated) – 1/4 cup
5.Roquefort cheese -50 g
1. Olive oil-1/2 cup
2.Worcestershire sauce-1 teaspoon
4.Black pepper-1/8 teaspoon
5.Minced garlic-1/8 teaspoon
6.Lemon juice( freshly squeezed )-1/4 cup
7.Onion (chopped)-50 g
8. 1 Large egg
Whisk with a mixer mixture of olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, lemon juice, 1 egg and 1/4 cup finely chopped onion.
Arrange on a plate 2 kg of romaine lettuce, washed, dried and cut into large pieces.Mix boiled potatoes(chilled and cut cubes) with dressing.Sprinkle garlic croutons, grated parmesan cheese and crumbled Roquefort cheese. On top of the prepared salad put cooked potatoes.Caesar salad is ready.Bon appetite!
